Homemade ravioli is a classic Italian dish and this cooking lab will show you how easy it is to make them at home!

We will make the traditional fresh egg pasta dough and learn how to prepare the classic filling with ricotta and Parmigiana. You’ll learn how to close the ravioli in several traditional shapes: tortelloni, cappelletti, agnolotti, mezzelune, by hand, and with the use of ravioli stamps.

After the pasta making class, we will discuss how to make a seasonal sauce that traditionally accompanies this iconic pasta, and talk about the proper ways to cook it and store it.

**The price of the class is per person, and is due at time of registration.

Duration of the class: 2.5-3 hours

  • This is an instructional pasta making class. No food or dinner will be served. We will have complimentary bottled water and a snack.

Registration Policy: To secure a spot in my classes, please note the following registration requirements:

  1. Confirmation of Enrollment: Registration is considered complete upon receipt of full payment for the desired date and class(es).

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds

The class is refundable up to ten (10) days prior the reserved dated. After that, NO refunds, no exceptions.

It is possible to transfer your reservation to another individual who can attend the class in your place, without prior notice. Changes and cancellations can be made in person or by contacting me directly at 251-383-8881. Please be aware that I am unable to accept or honor cancellations sent via email, phone message, or voicemail due to timing constraints. If I am responsible for canceling a class, a full refund will be issued to you within ten days.
