I was born and raised in Italy, and while growing up, I spent almost every Sunday at the table with my mother and my two grandmothers, making pasta. After college, I moved to Modena where I often found myself laughing, talking, and sharing stories while making tortellini around the table with friends. My passion for cooking and keeping the pasta-making tradition alive inspired me to create Mari’s Cooking Lab, a place where people are connected through a shared love of food.
I teach my favorite authentic, regional Italian recipes, and the traditional methods of making pasta that were passed down to me through generations.
No prior experience is needed to join the fun; classes can either be taught in an open group setting, or privately.
