At Mari’s Pasta Lab, guests of all ages are welcomed into a hands-on experience of making pasta fresca from scratch, the traditional Italian way. You’ll learn the techniques and stories behind regional pasta styles in an intimate, relaxed setting. Whether in an open group lesson or a private class, Mari offers a fun space for interaction, team bonding, building friendships, and inspiring creativity around the table.

MARI Italian Cooking Lab has a new home in Fairhope!

The new space also includes a small specialty retail area where you’ll find a curated selection of Italian artisan flours, pasta tools, and essentials to support your pasta-making journey at home.

All pasta-making classes will now take place at: 210 Fairhope Ave, STE A.
